  • What payments do you accept?
    We accept payments through credit card (Mastercard, Visa, etc), Paypal and Afterpay.
  • Do you have afterpay?
    Yes, we offer afterpay!
  • How much are your products in USD/CAD/XXX currency?
    All products on our site are priced in Australian dolloars (AUD). For your convenience, the price in your local currency is also displayed beside the AUD price. This is based on the current international exchange rates. Please keep in mind that this may fluctuate slightly from day-to-day. When you purchase from us, your bank will automatically deduct the correct amount in your local currency.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes! We ship worldwide. The only exception to this is any country that is closed to incoming mail due to Covid.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. Australian orders take 1-3 days express post or 2-7 days regular mail. International orders take 1-3 weeks express post or 2-5 weeks regular mail. Please keep in mind that these time frames are approximate and occasionally longer delays can occur.   • My order arrived damaged, what do I do?"
    In the unfortunate instance of your order arriving damaged or broken, please contact us within 2 days and provide photos of the damaged piece/s. We will happily replace your item or issue you with a store credit straight away. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, if we are unable to replace your item.   • When will you get new stock?
    All of our crystal pieces are hand-selected. This means that unlike other crystal retailers, we do not purchase large crates or buy-in-bulk crystals. Instead, we spend hours taking the time to check the aesthetic appearance and feel the energy of each unique piece we purchase. For this reason, we only purchase limited stock amounts each time, ensuring that every piece passes the Crystal & Co test! Many of our pieces are rare and difficult to source in the right size and shape (such as our large Lemurian Wands and Super-Stones), so we only ever stock a few at a time. While this process is slower, it ensures that the integrity of our business remains intact and we are only offering our customers the absolute best healing crystals that are truly unique and not mass-produced. As a general guide, we restock our day-to-day items (such as candles, bath soaks and tumbled stone sets) monthly. However, some of our rarer items (such as large wands and super-stones may only be restocked every 3-4 months, depending on availability).
  • I keep missing out on a specific product. Can I reserve one in advance?
    Many of our pieces are rare and difficult to source in the right size and shape (such as our large Lemurian Wands and Super-Stones), so we only ever stock a few at a time. We appreciate it must be frustrating to keep missing out on these special pieces, so on the item product page, please click the 'Notify me when it's available' button. You will be prompted to provide your email address. As soon as the product is restocked you will receive an automatic email notification so you can quickly get in first and grab your special piece before it sells out again! (Unfortunately we don't reserve pieces, because we never quite know what we are going to find or when we are going to find new treasures)
  • Do you have a phone number?
    Please contact us via our email: hello@crystalco.net If you would prefer to chat in person, then please email us with your phone number and let us know the best time to call you. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We do not list our phone number publicly due to unwanted telemarketing calls.
  • I am a student of Evolve Healing Institute, which crystal kit is best for my course?"
    We have a range of crystal healing kits that have been created with our Evolve students in mind! Please read through the 'Getting Started' lessons at the start of your course for the links to the specific kits and crystal healing tools we recommend for your course.
